At Boost Up, we aims at ensuring customer satisfaction with every order and purchase.

1. Return eligibility: Products can be returned if:

  • The Products received are defective or damaged.
  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The product's packaging has been tampered with.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packing in order to qualify for a return.

2. Request for Return:

After receiving the product, customers must contact our support staff within 48 hours to seek a return. Please include:
  • Order number
  • Product images
  • An explanation of the problem

3. The Refund Procedure:

Once the product is examined and accepted for return:
  • Refunds will be completed in 5-7 business days
  • The initial payment method will be credited with the amount.

4. Non-Refundable Products:

The following products cannot be returned:
  • Used goods
  • Returned goods after the allotted time
  • Items harmed by improper use

5. Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. It is not possible to cancel once it has been dispatched.
